1Touch.manager is our enterprise management module, which includes the traditional back-of-the-house features to manage administrators, POS users, products, menus, employee schedules, tenders, taxes, table layouts and other restaurant specific functions. In addition to the traditional back-of-the-house operations, the 1Touch.manager enterprise application also supports management of all other 1TouchSoftware modules, including inventory, loyalty, CRM and gift card. This allows a restaurant and its stores to have a single application for the management of all restaurant functions, eliminating training costs as well as the costs associated with the integration of 3rd party applications.

The 1Touch.manager application provides complete, real-time control over any number of restaurants from anywhere in the world, at any time of day or night. Restaurant owners, operators and/or managers can instantly change menus, update financial information, manage loyalty programs, or alter employee job schedules for any of their locations, without the need for technical support or the support of the in-store staff.
