1TouchSoftware is a full-service enterprise restaurant management systems provider. Founded by a combined team of experienced industry professionals and seasoned software technologists, 1TouchSoftware is delivering a new generation of restaurant management and marketing solutions.

From its inception, 1TouchSoftware set out to develop a fully integrated Enterprise Restaurant Management System (eRMS) that helps restaurateurs manage operations, resources, and the many touch points of the client relationship, all from "1" single suite of integrated applications. Our vision was to eliminate the need for costly integration of multiple solutions from multiple vendors by introducing a single integrated suite.

Knowing the challenges server and pure web-based solutions introduce at the restaurant and company level, 1TouchSoftware developed its own Internet-based architecture, which serves as the foundation for all of our product offerings. This unique architecture leverages the Internet to provide real-time central control over all restaurant operations, without imposing performance, usability, and other limitations associated with web- or browser-based solutions. Our technology is akin to that of hand held devices which operate, unencumbered when your Internet connection is not available. What does this all mean in English? Our system takes the best that Web-based and the traditional restaurant server-based solutions have to offer, and delivers it in one lower cost enterprise class solution.

Based in Northern Virginia’s technology corridor, and surrounded by some of the nations most dynamic and innovative restaurants, the 1TouchSoftware team focuses on development, marketing, sales, implementation, and support of our eRMS system modules. To localize our presence, 1TouchSoftware has an established channel of certified resellers that implement our solutions and provide first line support for all hardware and peripheral components.
